Job Description
CherryRoad seeking a highly skilled Oracle BPM / Fusion Middleware Consultant with strong experience in designing, deploying, and managing enterprise-level middleware and BPM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies, BPM process design, and integration across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
· Design & Development: Create and configure BPM processes using Oracle BPM Suite tools, including process accelerators, BPEL, and integration with SOA Suite
· Middleware Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Oracle Fusion Middleware components such as WebLogic Server, SOA, and Identity Management
· Integration: Connect BPM processes with other enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle EBS, WebCenter, BI) using adapters and integration frameworks
· Performance Tuning: Optimize Java heap size, WebLogic domains, and middleware components for scalability and availability
· Security & Compliance: Implement and manage security policies, access controls, and compliance with enterprise standards
· High Availability & Disaster Recovery: Set up clustering, backup/recovery, and failover mechanisms for middleware environments
· Support & Troubleshooting: Provide 24/7 support, diagnose issues, and resolve problems with middleware, databases, and applications
· Pre-sales & Technical Leadership: Lead technical projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and provide pre-sales services to customers
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle WebLogic Server, SOA Suite, BPM Suite, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, and middleware control tools
· Languages: Experience with Java, SQL, and possibly C/C++ or COBOL for integration
· Certifications: Oracle certifications such as OCP, OCE, SOA, SSO, ITIL, or II, IAT, SSL
· Experience: Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware administration, BPM process design, and integration projects
· Soft Skills: Problem-solving, leadership, and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
