Title: Principal Risk Specialist Operational Risk Challenge & Advisory

Location : McLean, VA, USA (3 days Onsite and 2 days remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd line risk challenge and advisory for RCSA, PLA, PRA, launch initiatives, and other operational risk assessments.
• Review, document, and communicate risk findings; analyze data to identify risks and support remediation plans.
• Act as a subject matter expert on operational risk and collaborate with Business Risk Offices, Internal Audit, and Enterprise Risk teams.
• Build trusted partnerships with stakeholders and ensure compliance with Enterprise Risk Management standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or military experience).
• 2+ years of experience in Risk Management, Audit, Finance, or Accounting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Process Management.
• CPA, CIA, or PMP certification.
• Strong skills in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Tableau, and data analysis.
