Summary as part of the Core Automation team, this role focuses on implementing AI-driven automation strategies across Physician Experience (PEX) engineering teams. The goal is to accelerate the delivery of our OneView platform (both Big Screen/Web and Small Screen/Mobile) by transitioning from traditional manual scripting to AI-accelerated automated workflows, leveraging advanced scripting tools and AI assistants to ensure the highest quality.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

·        AI Implementation: Implement AI-based automation scripting using Windsurf and Katalon Studio AI Assist to reduce script authoring time for OneView UI and API tests by at least 50%.

·        Shift-Left Strategy: Integrate Playwright and Katalon early in the SDLC, enabling developers and QA to run automated "smoke tests" at the PR (Pull Request) level.

·        CI/CD Orchestration: Trigger and manage GitLab/Jenkins pipelines for test execution, ensuring automated reports are surfaced to leadership daily.

·        Support Automation: Support feature teams as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

·        Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in QA Automation; zero "Manual QA" focus.

·        Scripting and Tool Expertise: Expert knowledge in Playwright, Katalon, Selenium, Sauce labs and ALM.

·        AI Proficiency: Recent, hands-on experience leveraging AI for scripting (Windsurf and Katalon Studio AI Assist).
