About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Product Owner to manage the product backlog, define requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, communication skills, and hands-on experience in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and maintain the product backlog in alignment with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
  • Prioritize features to deliver maximum business value within sprints.
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure product features meet quality, usability, and performance standards.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring user needs are met.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
