Job Description

Our client, a global energy technology company, is seeking a Contract Management to join their team. As a Contract Management, you will be part of the Contract Management and Commercial Operations Department supporting Project Management, Commercial Operations, and Cross-Functional Business Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and strong attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Contract Management
Location: Orlando, FL
Pay Range: $43/hour

What's the Job?
  • Analyze tenders, contracts, and contract-related documents while providing proactive contractual guidance and risk assessment.
  • Participate in contract negotiations and support negotiation strategy development and implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, LoA approval processes, and external regulations.
  • Develop and manage customer, supplier, and partner claim strategies throughout project execution.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, analyses, and documentation while supporting process improvements and contract standardization efforts.
What's Needed?
  • 3-5 years of contract management, contract administration, or commercial management experience.
  • Experience reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating contracts and tender documents.
  • Knowledge of contract compliance, claims management, risk mitigation, and governance processes.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
