Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior OT Cybersecurity Risk Analyst to partner with business, infrastructure, engineering, and OT teams to identify, assess, and communicate cybersecurity risks across operational technology environments. The ideal candidate can translate technical vulnerabilities and OT exposures into clear business impacts, remediation priorities, and actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business, engineering, infrastructure, and OT teams to assess cybersecurity risks.
- Translate vulnerabilities, OT exposures, and security findings into business impact and remediation options.
- Support security reviews of OT/ICS environments and hybrid IT/OT architectures.
- Assess risks associated with new assets, vendors, acquisitions, and system integrations.
- Prioritize remediation based on operational impact and cybersecurity risk.
- Track remediation commitments, timelines, exceptions, and risk acceptance.
- Identify recurring vulnerabilities, systemic issues, and risk trends.
- Support cybersecurity risk assessments, exception reviews, and documentation.
- Develop clear risk narratives, reports, metrics, dashboards, and leadership presentations.
- Communicate technical security requirements effectively to non-security stakeholders.
- Help develop standardized cybersecurity risk processes, templates, and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in one or more areas: OT, ICS, industrial environments, energy/utilities, critical infrastructure, IT infrastructure, networking, systems administration, cybersecurity, risk management, or vulnerability management.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity risk and vulnerability concepts.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and communicate them clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, infrastructure, or cybersecurity teams.
- Strong analytical, documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal guidance.
- Ability to create concise reports, metrics, and risk analyses that clearly communicate key messages.
