The Role

• Administer Windows infrastructures and associated applications.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, ensuring operational stability and resolving issues.
• Analyze and resolve escalated technical problems.
• Plan and execute system changes.
• Maintain and update operating process and system documentation.
• Contribute to client projects, including infrastructure updates and expansions.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as an IT System Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Group Policy, networking, and MS Office.
• Good written and spoken German and English language skills.
• A strong service and consulting orientation.
• Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and with a solution-oriented mindset.
