Job description

Senior ServiceNow ITSM Developer with 10+ years of IT experience and 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and support ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
  • Configure and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
  • Develop and support REST/SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub, and MID Server implementations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions aligned with ITIL best practices.
  • Perform troubleshooting, platform optimization, upgrades, and production support.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.

Required Skills:

  • Strong ServiceNow ITSM development experience.
  • Expertise in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Integrations.
  • Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal.
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes and Agile methodologies.
