Telco Assurance Tech Support Specialist

Aussie Broadband Group is looking for an Assurance Technical Support Officer to join our team in Victoria, helping customers stay connected by investigating and resolving voice and network service issues. This permanent role can be based in either our Dandenong or Traralgon office.

You will deliver frontline diagnostics, respond to requests via phone and digital channels, and work with field staff on fault resolution and installations to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.
