Job Description

Job Title: DB2 Systems Programmer (z/OS Mainframe)

Location: Jersey City, NJ, Lake Mary, FL, or Pittsburgh, PA

Duration: Fulltime / Permanent

Schedule: Hybrid (2x a week)

Required

  • Expertise as dB2 z/OS systems programmer for 8+ years.
  • DB2 performance monitoring and tuning.
  • DB2 connect.
  • Implement and manage high availability.
  • Work closely with DB2 dba group, development teams, MVS, etc.
  • DB2 database security best practices.
  • Involved with disaster recovery projects.
  • Install/update related DB2 program products.
  • Heavy troubleshooting expertise for DB2 systems.
