Oracle OTM Techno-Functional Consultant

We are looking for a strong *Oracle OTM Techno-Functional Consultant* with hands-on experience in Oracle Transportation Management. The consultant will work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements, configure solutions, and support end-to-end OTM implementations and enhancements.

Key Requirements
* Strong Oracle OTM techno-functional experience.
* Experience with *Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)* implementations, configuration, and support.
* Strong understanding of transportation processes including *planning, execution, shipment management, freight rating, and settlement*.
* Experience gathering requirements, conducting workshops, and translating business needs into OTM solutions.
* Ability to work with technical teams on integrations, interfaces, and customizations.
* Experience with end-to-end implementation lifecycle including *requirements, design, testing, deployment, and production support*.
* Strong communication and client-facing skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
*Must Have:* Strong hands-on Oracle OTM Techno-Functional experience.
