Area to be covered: Yorkshire and surrounding areas (Typically within a 2-hour radius)

Remuneration: £60,000 - £65,000neg

The role of the Project Manager Civil Engineering & Infrastructure works will involve:

Project Manager position responsible for a range of civil engineering, infrastructure, drainage and highway contracts

Regular site visits across Yorkshire, North East and the North West to monitor project progress, health & safety compliance and contractor performance.

Reviewing drawings, specifications and project information to identify risks and requirements

Preparing scopes, specifications and methodologies while supporting tenders and pre-construction

Coordinating clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams

Managing project costs, variations, forecasts and commercial performance

Monitoring programmes, identifying risks and delays, and implementing corrective actions

Ensuring projects meet health & safety, quality, environmental and regulatory requirements

Overseeing projects with a value of up to £7m although typically £1m-£2m

The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager Civil Engineering & Infrastructure works with:

Must have Project Management experience within the civils, infrastructure, drainage, highways or come from a closely related background

Computer literate (Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills)

Excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal

Must be a great team player

High levels of organisation
