The Role • Provide expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics. • Deliver emergency breakdown support and quick, confident solutions on-site. • Undertake fault-finding for a variety of vehicle issues. • Work autonomously, making the right call for each customer and situation. • Respond to member needs with a customer-focused approach. • Represent the brand as a proud ambassador on the road. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A strong customer-focused approach and excellent interpersonal skills. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure. • Willingness to think on your feet and adapt to new challenges daily.
