We are seeking a professional administrator fora maternity leave contract.Reporting to theOffice and Events Manager,we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Assistant in delivering efficient day-to-day office operations and administrative support across the business. This role plays an important part in ensuring the smooth running of the North Sydney office. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

What will you do?
  • Provide reception support and assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the office
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and professional office and kitchen environment
  • Support the Office Manager with internal events, client functions, and weekly office social events
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, catering, and office hospitality requirements
  • Assist with office ordering, stock management, and supplier coordination
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, courier services, and general office logistics as required
  • Respond to staff enquiries and provide administrative support across multiple teams
  • Coordinate office maintenance requests and ensure facilities are well maintained
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, including PPE and kitchen stock
  • Support company initiatives, training sessions, and staff events as required
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the wider Business Support team and leadership group
What are we looking for?
  • Previous experience in administration/organising business eventsor in a similar administrative role.
  • Ability to exercise absolute discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask with a proactive attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
