Job Description

We are seeking a Duck Creek System Analyst with strong P&C insurance experience to bridge business requirements and technology. The candidate will configure, test, support, and troubleshoot Duck Creek Policy, Billing, or Claims applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure Duck Creek applications using XML, example files, and rate/form logic.

• Analyze business requirements and prepare functional/technical specifications.

• Perform testing, troubleshoot configuration issues, and support UAT.

• Collaborate with developers on integrations with rating engines and third-party systems.

• Support Duck Creek OnDemand/cloud upgrades and migration activities.

• Analyze data mappings and troubleshoot rating and form-issuance issues.

Required Skills

• Strong P&C insurance knowledge, including Auto, Home, or Commercial lines.

• Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Policy, Billing, or Insights.

• Proficiency in XML, SQL, C#, and JSON.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and data-flow debugging skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
