The Role • Support continuous process improvement to increase equipment availability and productivity. • Manage and execute projects related to operational facilities. • Maintain, repair, and monitor all plant equipment, machinery, and systems. • Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot issues to resolve operational disruptions. • Participate in the modification and expansion of production facilities. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician, Electrician, or a comparable technical qualification. • Proven experience working in production environments. • Proficiency in process technology and PLC systems. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. • Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with a team-oriented mindset and a high capacity for performance and resilience. • A high degree of reliability and responsibility.
