We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join the team at LTI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business and operational data, supporting project teams, identifying trends, preparing reports, and providing insights that support business and technology initiatives.

The Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project management teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and contribute to the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business, operational, and technical data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and project teams.
• Support data analysis, validation, and reporting activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams.
• Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and recommending solutions.
• Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency of information.
• Support project planning, tracking, and documentation activities.
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders and communicate findings effectively.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues and conducting root cause analysis.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and analysis artifacts.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis.
• Familiarity with SQL and database concepts.
• Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to gather and document business requirements.
• Understanding of business processes and workflow analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Technical Analyst is preferred.
• Experience working in an IT services or consulting environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is preferred.
