* Expertise in Installed Base & Warranty Management.

* Experience with CRM Middleware and ECC/S/4HANA integration.

* Strong knowledge of functional configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.

* Excellent client-facing, communication, and business process experience.

* Ability to work independently and collaborate with business and technical teams in a USA Remote environment.
