Microsoft 365 Project Manager/M365 Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide Microsoft 365 initiatives, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing project budgets and timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic IT initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT projects involving Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Manage Exchange Online migration and modernization initiatives.
• Oversee SharePoint Online migrations, governance, and information architecture projects.
• Lead Microsoft Teams deployment, governance, and collaboration initiatives.
• Define project scope, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and project milestones.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Prepare executive-level project status reports and communications.
• Manage third-party vendors and technology partners.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and change management standards.
• Drive continuous process improvements and project best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience managing enterprise infrastructure and cloud projects.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies.
• Experience using Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in regulated industries such as Energy, Utilities, Healthcare, or Financial Services.
• Experience with Exchange Online, SMTP Relay, OAuth 2.0, DMARC, and DKIM.
• Experience leading SharePoint Online migration projects.
• Experience implementing Microsoft Teams governance and collaboration solutions.
• Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certification.
• Experience managing global or offshore delivery teams.
