Trainer (Junior) - Training Development & Delivery Support
Location:Remote
Description:
Seeking a highly motivated and self-directed Junior Trainer to support VFMP modernization adoption by developing, coordinating, and delivering training materials and sessions. This role will create training presentations, job aids, and recordings aligned to updated SOPs and desk procedures and will support training execution logistics and continuous improvement based on learner feedback.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop training materials (PowerPoints, job aids, scripts, quick reference guides, recordings) aligned to modernization changes.
Support virtual training delivery and facilitation; assist with Q&A and learner support.
Coordinate training logistics, attendance, and feedback collection; maintain training records as required.
Partner with KM and OCM leads to ensure training aligns with communications and adoption approaches.
Maintain version control of training materials and update content as processes/tools evolve.
Support continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and after-action review results.
Required Skills:
Strong writing and content development skills; attention to detail and consistency.
Basic instructional design awareness and ability to tailor content to varied audiences.
Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security clearance.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Experience supporting training for operational process change and/or system change initiatives
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) preferred.
1-3 years training/enablement experience preferred
