Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Lead Full Stack Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable cloud-native applications aligned to modern engineering practices.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications.
  • Build scalable frontend applications using ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript.
  • Build backend APIs and microservices using Go, Java, Python, or Node.js.
  • Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS.
  • Own delivery end to end from design through production support.
  • Lead design reviews, architecture discussions, and code reviews.
  • Mentor engineers and collaborate with stakeholders.

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of Full Stack experience.
  • Deep expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript.
  • Backend expertise in Go, Java, Python, or Node.js.
  • Strong AWS experience.
  • Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD.
  • Jest, Cypress, Datadog, CloudWatch.
  • Strong system design, networking, and security fundamentals.
  • Agile/Scrum experience.
  • Experience mentoring teams and driving technical leadership.

 

Nice to Have

  • Kafka, EventBridge, SQS
  • Databricks, Airflow, Temporal
  • Elasticsearch
  • Enterprise UI component libraries
  • Bazel
  • Terraform, AWS CDK, CloudFormation
  • SaaS, Marketplace, PropTech experience
