Job Description

Our client is a leading international banking group with a strong presence across EMEA and an established reputation in corporate banking, structured finance and capital markets.

Description

As Vice President within the Capital Solutions team, you will play a key role in the structuring, development and execution of complex capital solutions, structured lending and securitisation transactions across EMEA.

It's a highly visible role in a lean team that works across multiple business lines, offering a mix of transaction execution, strategic thinking and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the structuring and execution of capital solutions and structured finance transactions.
  • Managing transaction workstreams, approvals, documentation and stakeholder engagement from origination through to execution.
  • Supporting relationships with private credit funds, institutional investors and strategic partners.
  • Conducting profitability analysis, capital modelling and risk-return assessments to support transaction decisions.
  • Working closely with front office coverage teams, risk, legal, treasury, finance and operations to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Contributing to new product initiatives and the continued growth of the Capital Solutions platform.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams and driving transactions through the full lifecycle.

Profile

The key requirement is somebody who has been involved in securitisation, structured finance, capital solutions or portfolio risk transfer transactions and enjoys structuring and executing complex deals - somebody who is commercially minded but also comfortable getting into the detail of transactions and modelling when required.

Key requirements include:

  • Proven experience executing structured transactions, securitisations or capital solutions initiatives.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
  • Understanding of regulatory capital, credit risk and transaction structuring.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Offer

  • Opportunity to join a newly established and growing Capital Solutions platform.
  • Exposure to high-profile and complex EMEA transactions.
  • Significant visibility across front office and senior stakeholder groups.
  • Broad transaction ownership and full lifecycle exposure.
  • Strong long-term career progression opportunities within a global financial institution.
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package
