Backend Engineer for AI Integrations - Equity

SafetyCulture Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer II to join our Foundations engineering team in Australia.

You'll help design and build MCP-based data connectors that extend AI capabilities across the platform, while maintaining strong authentication, authorization, and data governance foundations. You'll own features end-to-end, collaborate with product and design, and work on integrations with HR systems, Workato automations, and our public API.
