The Role • Perform replacement and repair of vehicle glass, including calibration of advanced driver-assistance systems. • Take on the "Operations Manager (HWK)" role, managing technical and operational aspects, ensuring adherence to company standards, and executing daily operations planning. • Advise and support customers with a high level of service orientation from order acceptance to vehicle handover. • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the disposition and creation of incoming orders. • Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards and corrective actions are maintained. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of professional experience as a Master Automotive Technician, Automotive Mechatronics Technician, Automotive Mechanic, or Bodywork Builder. • Willingness to undergo the proficiency test or already hold the "Operations Manager (HWK)" qualification. • A valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and solid PC proficiency. • Strong customer and service orientation, coupled with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work independently, in a team, and foster trusting, peer-to-peer collaboration.
