Application Support Specialist - Front OfficeWe are looking for an Intern within the IT Operations department to provide application support for Front tools (Wealth Management) to the client-facing and operational units of Lombard Odier (Europe) S.A., as well as to our external partners. YOUR ROLEProvide functional support for Wealth Management applicationsIdentify, resolve, and troubleshoot all issues raised within the teamEnsure maximum availability of applications and deliver quick solutions to Front teams' queriesParticipate in quality checks and drafting of new application releaseYOUR PROFILEBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalentStrong interest in the banking sectorStrong analytical and teamwork skills with a keen interest in client interactionSense of responsibilityAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionProficiency in French and EnglishResident in Switzerland or willingness to relocateOur Maison's DNA is defined by five core values.
