The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics. • Provide emergency breakdown support to members across the UK. • Handle a variety of issues including battery, tyre, and complex fault diagnosis. • Offer reassurance and excellent service to members in need. • Experience a demanding but rewarding role with daily variety. What You'll Need • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
