Job Title: Business Analyst Payments Domain
Location: Alpharetta, GA

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Payments domain to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for payment processing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Work with stakeholders to define payment workflows and system enhancements.
  • Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC/Agile lifecycle.
  • Support UAT, defect triage, and production releases.
  • Analyze payment transactions and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver payment solutions.
