The role is fully flexible on location and can be undertaken remotely.

Candidates based in or around Warwickshire would be ideal, but this is not essential, and we are happy to consider candidates based anywhere in the UK who are comfortable working remotely.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant/Recruitment Coordinator/Resourcer to support an internal recruitment function on a 4-month contract basis.

This is a hands-on, candidate-focused recruitment role, with the main responsibility being the screening, interviewing and coordination of candidates across multiple vacancies. The role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple requirements and engaging with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

The position is predominantly focused on the administrative and coordination side of recruitment, rather than business development or candidate generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and screen applications against role requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls and interviews.
• Carry out skill-based and competency-based questioning to assess candidate suitability.
• Manage and progress candidates through the recruitment process.
• Work across multiple vacancies simultaneously within Professional Services and Technology.
• Coordinate interviews and provide candidates with feedback and updates.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.
• Liaise with hiring managers and internal stakeholders regarding candidate progress.
• Support the wider Talent Acquisition team with recruitment administration and coordination.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Work to deadlines and recruitment targets within a fast-paced environment.

About You

We are looking for someone with previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Internal Recruitment, Recruitment Coordination, Resourcing or Candidate Screening.

You will ideally have experience of working within an in-house/internal recruitment environment, although strong agency recruitment experience with a significant focus on candidate screening and coordination will also be considered.

You should be:

• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidates.
• Comfortable working at pace and managing competing priorities.
• Strong administratively, with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable working across Professional Services and/or Technology recruitment.
• Able to quickly understand different job requirements and assess candidate suitability.
