Data Governance Analyst-MUST HAVE Alation experience We are supporting a leading organisation seeking an experienced Data Governance Enablement Analyst to drive data governance adoption, improve data literacy, and increase engagement with enterprise data platforms and catalogues.

Key Responsibilities Embed data governance practices across the business.<br />Design and deliver data literacy and training programmes.<br />Lead workshops and stakeholder engagement initiatives.<br />Drive adoption of data catalogue and governance tools.<br />Support metadata management, business glossaries and data discovery.<br />Partner with business and technical teams to maximise data value.

Essential Experience ✅ Data Governance, Data Literacy or Data Enablement programme delivery ✅ Enterprise Data Catalogue experience (Alation highly desirable) ✅ Stakeholder engagement, training and change adoption ✅ Metadata management and governance frameworks ✅ Tableau and/or Power BI experience ✅ Strong facilitation and communication skills ✅ Experience working within modern data and analytics environments Ideal Background Media, Publishing, Technology, Digital, Start-up or Consumer-focused organisations.
