Join a team dedicated to innovation and quality in the production of high-precision tools and components. **The Role** • Fabricate highly precise prototypes, spare parts, and small-batch production components within tool and mold making. • Manufacture, assemble, and optimize injection molds and fixtures for series and prototype production. • Utilize CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, SolidCAM) to create component models and prepare manufacturing processes. • Ensure economical, quality-assured, and on-time production in close collaboration with the team. • Conduct precise quality controls using modern measuring instruments and document results. **What You'll Need** • Completed apprenticeship as a Tool Mechanic, Toolmaker, or Industrial Mechanic. • Several years of experience in tool making, mold making, or injection molding technology. • Strong knowledge of macro and micro injection molds. • Proficiency with CAD/CAM systems, particularly SolidWorks and SolidCAM. • Experience with 3D measurement technology, measuring instruments, or optical measurement systems. **What's On Offer** • Competitive hourly wage starting at €24.67, increasing to €33.34 based on development and tenure. • Company pension plan in cooperation with Allianz and Nürnberger Versicherung. • High-quality professional work and safety clothing, with access to an on-site company doctor. • Financial support for individual professional development and further training.
