Project Manager
Full-time Temporary with a Possibility of Permanency

Digital Canberra is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of ICT projects within the Initiative Delivery team. This role drives digital transformation across the ACT Government and manages small to mid size projects concurrently, ensuring alignment with delivery frameworks and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning, executing, and monitoring ICT projects from initiation to close.
  • Co ordinating cross disciplinary teams of technologists, policy experts, and designers.
  • Engaging stakeholders, communicating progress, and managing risks.
  • Ensuring projects meet quality, time, and budget targets.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications or certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, AgilePM, ScrumMaster, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in COTS implementation, ICT infrastructure, software development, or business improvement.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and analytical skills.

Eligibility/Other requirements: Tertiary level qualifications and/or certification in Project Management are highly desirable: Diploma of Project Management, PRINCE2 Foundation, PRINCE2 Agile Foundation, Agile Project Management (AgilePM) Foundation, Certified ScrumMaster.
