Growth and Marketing Lead

About the Role

Own the brand, narrative, and growth engine for an AI infrastructure company focused on simulation, evaluation, and observability for voice and text AI agents. You will partner closely with the founding go-to-market team to build marketing programs from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Develop positioning and messaging for technical buyers across the company's marketing channels.

• Create technical content, launch announcements, case studies, and product teardowns for AI engineers and founders.

• Lead SEO, generative engine optimization, and AI-native distribution to improve discoverability.

• Design and execute creative campaigns, including unconventional approaches, to build awareness in the voice and conversational AI space.

• Build the inbound pipeline through experiments across social, email, paid, and community channels, measuring results and iterating.

• Lead product marketing and launches, including competitive positioning and sales enablement materials.

• Build community and ecosystem presence through events and co-marketing initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of startup marketing or growth experience, with hands-on work and a portfolio demonstrating results.

• Strong storytelling and writing skills for technical audiences, including AI engineers and founders.

• Experience tracking campaign effectiveness, creating marketing reports, and optimizing campaigns based on data.

• Familiarity with product-led growth metrics and systems.

• Experience with SEO and generative engine optimization, plus measurable improvements in organic reach.

• Ability to work independently and build programs from scratch; experience with technical SaaS, developer tools, AI infrastructure, customer stories, or community programs is valuable.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $100,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
