At Bapcor Retail, you'll take ownership of a high-profile spare parts category across iconic brands including Autobarn, Autopro, Midas and Opposite Lock.
This is an opportunity to lead category strategy, influence commercial decisions and drive growth within Australia's leading automotive aftermarket business.
Automotive experience is welcome but not essential. We're keen to hear from Category Managers across retail, FMCG, hardware, wholesale, trade and consumer products.

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute category strategies
- Drive sales, margin and profitability
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiations
- Optimise product ranges and inventory performance
- Deliver promotional and growth initiatives
- Analyse market trends and commercial performance
- Partner with marketing, merchandise and operations teams
