The Role

• Lead the planning and execution of Integration & Test program activities for verification and validation.
• Drive complex software and/or hardware system-level testing through developed test plans and procedures.
• Spearhead the development of test environments and tools, and lead intricate integration activities.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to less experienced engineers through mentoring and coaching.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define customer requirements and establish robust test criteria.
• Contribute to the adoption of new design and development approaches to enhance overall quality, reliability, and implementation speed.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics; Master's degree is a plus.
• 15+ years of experience in a technical environment, with a primary focus on Test Engineering.
• Proven background in Radar-focused software and hardware system integration and test activities.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with Radar Systems.
• Proficiency in C++, Linux, and/or digital hardware, along with MATLAB for tool development and systems analysis.
