Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a Product Catalog QA Specialist to support the accuracy, consistency, and quality of product content across digital sales channels. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product information is complete, error free, and aligned with merchandising and brand standards before publication.

The Product Catalog QA Specialist will manage product data, review content for accuracy and consistency, coordinate information from multiple stakeholders, and maintain critical catalog attributes within product information management systems. This individual will help ensure that customers receive clear, accurate, and engaging product information while supporting the broader Digital Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support a digital product catalog containing more than 20,000 SKUs

• Review and proofread product titles, descriptions, and bullet points for accuracy, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and consistency

• Enter, update, and maintain product information within the product information management system

• Coordinate with internal teams to manage product and category data across multiple digital platforms

• Partner with third party resources to support product photography and content creation efforts

• Reconcile and validate product information using spreadsheets and reporting tools

• Ensure all digital product content aligns with established copy standards, brand voice, and merchandising guidelines

• Support additional Digital Operations initiatives and special projects as needed

Key Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in digital product information, product merchandising, ecommerce content management, or related fields

• Experience creating, editing, and proofreading web product content including titles, descriptions, and feature highlights

• Hands on experience working with Product Information Management systems, preferably InRiver or similar platforms

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Experience managing large volumes of product data with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail

• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager or related digital content platforms is preferred

• Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team oriented and largely virtual environment

Education

• Bachelor''s degree preferred
