Electronics Engineering Manager

Our client, a global organisation is currently recruiting for a Electronics Engineering Manager to join the team. This is a full time, permanent position. Key duties will include but are not limited to:

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of electronics engineers
• Taking responsibility for hardware design strategy and execution
• Driving the delivery of electronic systems across the full product lifecycle.
• Ensuring designs are optimised for manufacturability, cost, and scalability.
• Coordinating activities across engineering disciplines to achieve project goals.
• Establishing best practices, tools, and processes for design and development.
• Overseeing technical reviews, validation, and verification activities.
• Managing requirements definition and ensuring traceability throughout development.
• Supporting compliance with regulatory, safety, and EMC standards
• Working closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners to maintain quality and continuity.
• Support senior stakeholders within the business.
• Contributing to long-term technology planning and innovation initiatives. The successful candidate will have:
• Degree-qualified in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar discipline.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, project-driven environments
• Demonstrated experience leading electronics or hardware design teams.
• Strong understanding of both analogue and digital circuit design.
• Track record of delivering complex products into production environments.
• Experience with embedded systems, including FPGA or processor-based designs.
• Knowledge of high-speed or mixed-signal electronics.
• Familiarity with structured development processes and design reviews.
