Seeking an innovative, solutions oriented Senior Technical Project Manager / Delivery Lead with strong analytical, technical, and program management capabilities. This role requires a blend of rigorous delivery leadership, technical fluency, and expertise in Jira to drive visibility, coordination, and execution across complex initiatives.
A key responsibility of this role will be leading an enterprise-wide program to stabilize and mature the UAT and DEV environments to improve quality and development efficiency (through enablement of AI assisted development), testing capabilities, and exercisable use cases. Success will depend on strong coordination, integration, and execution across existing efforts.
The position is responsible for driving planning, execution, and day to day program oversight across the full lifecycle, partnering closely with engineering, architecture, and business teams to deliver scalable, high-quality outcomes. The successful Delivery Lead will be able to improve delivery outcomes through proactive and valuable project contributions in addition to standard project management tracking and reporting activities.

Looking for someone to help improve our efficiency, partially through the use of AI, by improving our capabilities within lower dev and testing environments, including code replication and testing data availability (PHI considerations). Currently there are limited automation of code or data replication capabilities (ie as new code versions are deployed), constraining our ability to excessive/complicated use cases in those downstream environments and/or to point AI against it with confidence in completeness of the development or testing.

Please note this is RELATED to infrastructure, but the successful project manager will be one who has led large scale projects including test strategies and complex environments.

• Drive execution of an environment test data strategy, aligning 10+ teams on priorities, sequencing, and shared outcomes while ensuring customer / PHI data privacy.

Must Haves:

• 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience delivering cross functional initiatives.
• 5+ years leading large scale, multi team infrastructure or platform programs.
• 3+ years leading projects focused on environments, test data management, and data privacy (PHI) considerations.
• Experience with enabling AI-driven development efficiencies is a strong plus.
• Proven experience driving environment stabilization, platform maturity, or large-scale integration efforts.
• Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC frameworks, and enterprise delivery governance.
• Expertise in Jira for planning, tracking, and reporting at scale.
• Healthcare delivery experience preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio; Smartsheet familiarity is a plus.

Project Oversight & Execution

• Own the end-to-end integrated program plan, ensuring alignment across all workstreams supporting UAT stabilization.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical and business stakeholders, identifying data needs based on use case testing and development needs and translating complex system and environment challenges into actionable.
• Navigate a highly matrixed organization, maintaining accountability for timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
• Provide consistent, transparent communication through executive Level reporting, program reviews, and stakeholder updates.
• Drive environment readiness and operational stability, ensuring UAT is production reliable prior to DEV enhancements commencing in Q4.
• Maintain key artifacts including Integrated program plan, Weekly status reports, Milestone tracking & dependency mapping and Risk and issue register

Financial & Resource Management

• Forecast and manage resource allocations across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with program priorities.
