Talent Acquisition Partner Immediate Start
45,000 - 55,000 DOE
We're partnering with a leading consumer business to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team on an initial six-month contract. (with a chance of going perm)
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure the very best talent.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of corporate and operational roles.
- Partnering closely with hiring managers, providing expert recruitment advice and market insight.
- Proactively sourcing and engaging high-quality talent using a range of attraction methods.
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to offer.
- Supporting recruitment projects and helping to drive continuous improvement across the hiring process.
- Using recruitment data and market insight to influence hiring decisions and improve outcomes.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous in-house Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within a fast-paced consumer, retail, hospitality, FMCG or similar environment.
- Is confident managing multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Takes a proactive, solutions-focused approach and enjoys building strong relationships.
- Is commercially minded and passionate about finding great talent.
- Can hit the ground running and is available to start immediately or at very short notice.
