Overview: Seeking an experienced Electrical Characterization Engineer to lead design verification and characterization of vehicle electronics, focusing on Zonal and Battery ECUs. This role involves developing test plans, executing benchlevel characterization, and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure ECU designs meet requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute ECU design verification and characterization test plans.

• Perform IC and PCBAlevel bench testing with lab instrumentation.

• Own test coverage, schedules, and reporting.

• Provide feedback on design decisions and testability.

• Automate testing with Python scripts and drivers.

• Flash, test, and troubleshoot firmware.

• Lead rootcause analysis for noncompliance results.

Required Skills:

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• 10+ years in electronics characterization and validation.

• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals and vehicle systems.

• Handson with oscilloscopes, power supplies, electronic loads, multimeters.

• Proficiency in Python scripting and data analysis.

• Experience with ECU communication buses.
