The Role • Perform vehicle glass replacement and repair, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume the additional role of Operational Manager (HWK), overseeing technical and operational aspects and ensuring adherence to company standards and daily scheduling. • Advise and support customers from order placement to vehicle return with a high level of service orientation. • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the scheduling and processing of incoming orders. • Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards and corrective actions are implemented. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of professional experience as a master auto mechanic, auto mechatronic technician, auto mechanic, or bodywork mechanic. • Willingness to undergo the required proficiency test or hold an existing Operational Manager (HWK) qualification. • A Class B driver's license, good German language skills, PC proficiency, and comfort with administrative tasks. • Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team, independently, and in a trusting, equal partnership. What's On Offer • Competitive salary starting from €3,200 gross/month for a full-time auto mechatronic training position, with part-time options available. • Additional €300 gross/month as an operational management allowance, plus bonuses for extra responsibilities. • Annual bonuses including €1,062 gross for vacation and €1,062 gross for Christmas. • Generous annual leave and opportunities for further development, such as becoming an Area Manager.
