Description
This full-time role requires onsite presence in the Ashburn, VA region, focusing on providing technical support for data center operations. 
Responsibilities include equipment troubleshooting, incident resolution, and maintaining network and server infrastructure. 
The position demands strong problem-solving skills and experience with network technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Install and maintain network and server hardware, including cabling and components.
Provide operational support and troubleshoot technical issues in the data center.
Manage data center staging, deployment, and logistics.
Perform preventative maintenance on data center equipment.
Collaborate with support teams and vendors to resolve outages and performance issues.

Qualifications
Intermediate experience in Data Center or IT Operations.
Understanding of LAN/WAN topologies, protocols, and standards.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a 24/7 environment with on-call rotation.
Experience with network cabling and server hardware.
