Pay Rate: $57.00/hr On W2 or $65/hr On C2C

Role Summary
Seeking a 10+ years experienced Solution Architect to define and execute architecture roadmaps for HR, Finance, and employee-facing platforms in Minneapolis, MN. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise designing scalable target-state architectures across Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, AWS, and Azure, establishing enterprise integration patterns, API strategies, data flows, and AI/automation enablement.

Key Responsibilities
* Architecture Strategy & Roadmap: Partner with business and technology leads to define target-state architectures, platform modernization, cloud migration strategies, and technical debt reduction across HR and Finance domains.
* Solution & Integration Architecture: Design resilient, enterprise-grade architectures across Workday, ServiceNow, M365, AWS, and Azure ecosystems; define REST/SOAP API strategies, data flows, and integration patterns.
* AI & Innovation Enablement: Identify and evaluate GenAI, agentic AI, and automation opportunities to boost employee productivity, ensuring strict governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
* Infrastructure & Security Governance: Ensure solution designs align with enterprise security controls, regulatory compliance, networking best practices, and cloud infrastructure requirements.

Required Skills
* Primary Role & Experience: 10+ Years in IT Domains (Cloud Computing, Software Development, Infrastructure), 3+ Years in Solution Architecture & Design
* Platforms Ecosystem: Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 (M365), AWS, Microsoft Azure
* Architecture Disciplines: Target-State Architecture, API Strategies, Integration Patterns, Data Flow Modeling, Application Rationalization
* Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS / Azure Services, Infrastructure Architecture, Networking, Database Architecture
* AI & Automation: AI Enablement, Process Automation, AI Security & Governance

Preferred Qualifications
* 5+ years of hands-on infrastructure, networking, and database architecture experience.
* Hands-on DevOps or engineering background in AWS/Azure alongside Workday integration knowledge.
* Proven track record presenting technical architecture to C-level stakeholders and conducting interactive whiteboard sessions.
