Job Description

Provide onsite L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, image, and deploy Windows and macOS devices.
Support Apple iPhones and iPads, including enrollment and troubleshooting.
Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow.
Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and break-fix activities.
Configure and support Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, VPN, and endpoint security solutions.
Support Zebra printers, barcode scanners, and other enterprise peripherals.
Deploy software and operating system updates using SCCM/MECM.
Provide executive/VIP support while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Escalate complex issues to L3 teams when necessary.
