Job Description

  • Provide onsite L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, image, and deploy Windows and macOS devices.
  • Support Apple iPhones and iPads, including enrollment and troubleshooting.
  • Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow.
  • Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and break-fix activities.
  • Configure and support Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, VPN, and endpoint security solutions.
  • Support Zebra printers, barcode scanners, and other enterprise peripherals.
  • Deploy software and operating system updates using SCCM/MECM.
  • Provide executive/VIP support while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
  • Escalate complex issues to L3 teams when necessary.
