Location: Inverness (Hybrid)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £57,948 - £63,390 per annum

Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: To lead, manage and develop housing IT systems to ensure they support efficient, secure and customer-focused service delivery. The post holder will oversee core housing systems, lead major system transformation (including migration to new platforms), and ensure systems align with business objectives, regulatory requirements and digital strategy.

The role combines strategic leadership, operational delivery and programme
management to improve housing services and outcomes for Highland residents.
