The Role • Administer virtualised environments (VMware) and Windows Servers. • Independently configure and install IT systems. • Actively participate in Change Management processes. • Coordinate internal projects, including those related to IT infrastructure. • Oversee the operation and advancement of the network infrastructure. What You'll Need • An IT-related degree (e.g., Fachinformatiker, IT-Systemkaufmann) or equivalent qualification/experience. • Prior experience in Windows Server administration. • Proven experience with VMware and vSphere administration and configuration. • Solid knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012. • Proficient understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, services, and protocols. • Fluent written and spoken German and English. • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, professional demeanor, and a commitment to quality.
