Vice President, Investment and Custody Client Operations

BNY Mellon seeks a Vice President, Client Operations to lead end-to-end operational delivery for institutional and wealth clients in a complex, global finance environment. This role oversees daily investment and custody operations, ensures service excellence, and manages risk and regulatory compliance. You will drive process optimization, digital and data-enabled solutions, and robust controls while collaborating with technology, product, and risk teams. The VP will lead and develop diverse global teams, support large-scale client transitions, and contribute to innovation across BNY's market infrastructure and service platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead client operations for investment and custody services, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution
• Design and optimize end-to-end operational processes to enhance client experience and reduce risk
• Oversee daily service delivery, SLAs, and issue resolution across global client accounts
• Partner with product, technology, and risk teams to drive automation, digital solutions, and data quality
• Establish performance metrics, reporting, and controls aligned with regulatory and internal standards
• Develop, mentor, and manage high-performing, diverse client operations teams
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to support new client onboarding and complex transitions
• Continuously assess operational risk, implement remediation plans, and strengthen governance
