  Contract: 12-13months FTC Start dates are usually in June/July

  Hybrid working: We want you to get the best out of your placement, so we operate a hybrid policy where undergraduates work in the office 3 days per week. There may be times where you will need to be in more frequently depending on the needs of the business.

  To apply for our undergraduate placement scheme, you must be studying for an undergraduate degree that requires a placement year. Masters students are not eligible for this placement.

  Were looking for an undergraduate to join our Retail Sales team as a Retail Leasing Undergraduate. You will contribute to a fast-paced sales environment and develop invaluable skills in reporting, market analysis, collaboration, and communication.   What will you be doing?
  Raise quotations and rate books to support vehicle sales to end-user customers.
  Handle broker, retailer and customer queries through Salesforce, working towards agreed service levels.
  Maintain point-of-sale and stock management systems and produce reporting and sales insight for the Indirect Sales team.
  Complete market research and competitor analysis while building relationships with suppliers, customers, brokers, retailers and brands.
  

  What are we looking for?

  Currently studying a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or another relevant field
  Strong numerical and Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to produce accurate work in a fast-paced environment.
  Strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving capabilities
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  Self -motivated, with excellent organisational skills and ability to use own initiative
  A proactive and flexible approach with the ability to react appropriately and effectively to changing circumstances and demands
  Ability to work both independently and effectively within a team
  Commercially curious, confident suggesting improvements and able to manage multiple tasks to deadlines.

  What our recruitment process looks like:

  Apply and upload your CV, covering letter and answer a few application questions.

  Youll be invited to complete a Situational Judgement Test. This is a short multiple-choice question set to help us understand how you may approach situations.

  If you pass this stage, you will be invited to complete an online video interview where you will have the opportunity to tell us more about yourself.

  If successful, your last step in the journey is to attend an in-person Assessment Centre at our Milton Keynes office. Youll also meet some of our managers and our current undergraduates to find out more about a placement year with us.

  Please note: Our undergraduate placement roles do not meet the UKVIs criteria for the skilled worker sponsorship route, therefore we are unable to accept candidates requiring sponsorship for this role.
