The Role
As Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering a wide range of marketing activities across digital, print, social media, product launches, exhibitions, customer communications and internal projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who enjoys a varied role and has a passion for marketing, content creation and digital technologies. The successful candidate will be highly organised, commercially aware and comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience of a technical nature would be advantageous, whether gained through previous employment or education.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Assistant or similar marketing role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
- Experience using marketing software and digital communication tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset.
- Positive, proactive and team-oriented approach.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience working within manufacturing, engineering, technical products or ideally the electrical industry.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar design tools.
- Experience managing website content using CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and digital marketing metrics.
- Experience creating and editing video content.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems.
- Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of automation tools and workflows.
Technical Knowledge
The ideal candidate will possess some technical understanding gained from either:
Employment within the electrical, engineering or manufacturing sectors.
Technical, engineering or electrical qualifications.
Apprenticeship experience.
STEM-related education.
Experience producing technical documentation or product communications.
Candidates are not expected to be technical experts but should be comfortable understanding and communicating technical product information.

Qualifications
Essential
GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).
Marketing qualification, degree or relevant industry experience.
Desirable
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline.
CIM qualification or working towards CIM accreditation.
Technical, engineering or electrical qualification.
Digital marketing certification.
