The Role

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in partnership with management.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management and strategic organizational planning.
• Advise on and interpret company HR policies and procedures, ensuring solutions balance business objectives with employee needs.
• Drive and support various cross-functional HR projects and initiatives.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant HR or business experience.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
