Position Summary

The Solution Architect / Development Manager will lead the overall NetSuite technical architecture, development standards, integrations, and delivery governance while ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in defining NetSuite architecture and technical roadmap.
• Assist / Lead technical solution design and architecture reviews.
• Establish development standards and governance processes.
• Conduct code reviews and quality assurance.
• Design enterprise integrations and data flows.
• Manage technical debt and platform optimization initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams.
• Support release planning and deployment governance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders on strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of NetSuite architecture and development experience.
• Strong expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, REST APIs, and integrations.
• Experience leading ERP modernization initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder and team leadership experience.
